The hotel can be reached in the following ways: 1. From the Medeu high-mountain skating rink via the Medeu-Shymbulak gondola lift. Guests can check the current operating hours of the cable cars on the resort's website. 2. By electric cars at any time, except for the period of road works. Guests must check the day before arrival. If you need help with a transfer, guests can write to WhatsApp. Check-in is from 02:00 PM. An identity document is required upon check-in at the hotel. Shymbulak Resort Hotel is located in a state national park. There are no shops, supermarkets, pharmacies or exchange offices. Guests are advised to stock up on medicines, cash (if guests do not wish to pay by card) and other essentials before arriving at the hotel.
