Please inform City Hostel Bergen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Bed linen is included. Private rooms with bathroom - TOWEL is included. Rooms with shared bathroom and dormitories - TOWEL is not included. Guests can rent towels for 25 NOK or choose to bring their own. Sleeping bags are not permitted. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if traveling as part of a family or with an adult. Check - out is no later the 11:00. Check-in is from 14:00. Opening hours for the reception: October - April from 09:00 to 16:00 May from 09:00 to 16:00 June from 9:00 to 21:00 July - August from 09:00 to 22:00 September from 09:00 - 20:00 Guests arriving outside these hours are kindly requested to inform the hostel in advance. If you arrive after check-in hours, you will be charged for the first night in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the dormitory rooms are gender specified.
