Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is from 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is not possible between 11:00 PM and 09:00 AM. Hotel works in the Bitrix24 system, which has a license for the storage and processing of personal data. Contact check-in is possible by agreement for RUB 5000.00. To confirm the reservation, guests must contact the apartment within 24 hours of making the reservation. Payment of the deposit and cleaning fee is made by transfer to a bank card. Foreign citizens must present a valid passport, visa and migration card. An accelerated online registration of guests is organized. Check-in and check-out are contactless, using a combination lock. Online registration hours: from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Guests must contact during designated business hours for contactless check-in information. Otherwise, check-in is impossible. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Late check-in and early check-out are only possible by prior agreement. The cleaning fee is charged additionally. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment, make noise after 11:00 PM, hold parties, and also accommodate guests not specified in the booking. Reporting documents are available upon request. Since the check-in is contactless, the payment must be made in full amount before receiving the code from the lock. Guests are asked to pay attention to additional payments. Cash payment is not possible. Payment by card on the spot is not possible. Guests are kindly requested to arrange payment in advance.
