Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To access go through the black gate in the arch from Kolomenskaya Street. Dial 3754 and the key sign on the intercom. The entrance is 30 metres on the right, and the intercom password is 2009. Follow the signs on the ground floor to access the property.
