A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sun 10 Sept 2023 until Sat 25 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels. Only bed linen can be rent on site at EUR 15 per person. Air conditioning is not included and will be charged extra EUR 50 per week.
