Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in rules: Check-in before 06:00 PM is possible without additional payment. From 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM the surcharge is RUB 800.00, from 09:00 PM to 11:00 PM the surcharge is RUB 1000.00. After 11:00 PM, the amount of additional payment is agreed upon with the manager and is at least RUB 2000.00. If guests have indicated their arrival time and are late, and the manager is already waiting, then the additional payment is + RUB 500.00 for every 30 minutes. Both guests must check in at the same time. If one of the guests checks in later, an additional payment is made for him — before 06:00 PM + RUB 400.00, from 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM additional payment + 800.00 RUB, from 09:00 PM to 11:00 PM additional payment + RUB 1000.00, after 11:00 PM surcharge + RUB 2000.00. From 07/08/24 to 07/18/24 the hot water supply will be turned off.
