Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Tariff Business: Special offer for participants of events at the Expoforum exhibition complex. Accommodation in a room of the selected category. Complimentary early check-in from 10:00 AM (subject to availability). Breakfast buffet. Morning transfer from the hotel to the Expoforum exhibition complex. Foreign guests are charged a registration fee of RUB 250.00. From 04/01/2024, all guests of St. Petersburg, with the exception of persons exempt from paying the resort fee, are required to pay a resort fee of RUB 100.00 per person per day upon arrival at the hotel. The fee is charged in accordance with Federal Law No. 214-FZ dated July 29, 2017 «On Conducting an experiment on the development of resort Infrastructure» and the Law of St. Petersburg dated June 29, 2023 No. 419-81 «On the introduction of a resort fee on the territory of St. Petersburg». A visit to the spa complex for apartment guests is not included in the price of stay and is paid separately. For apartment guests, the discount on visiting the spa complex is 30% of the open rate. Pre-registration required. A visit to the fitness room is complimentary for apartment guests. Spa opening hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
