A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. There is no reception and somebody needs to be at destination when guests arrive. The hotel staff cannot be responsible of a bad service or even no check-in at all if they cannot communicate with the customer directly. So they always need to know guest's phone number. Guests can check in till 17:00. Late check-in after 17.00 is subject to availability, needs to be agreed at least 24 hours in advance and has an extra charge as follows: - 30 Euro between till 22.00; - 50 Euro after 22.00.
