Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Regardless of the length of stay, a refundable deposit and cleaning are paid. The deposit is returned to the guest's card after the apartment is cleaned during the day. Smoking of all types of cigarettes, vapes, IQOS, hookahs, as well as the use of scented open fire candles is not allowed. Fine RUB 5000.00. The apartment is not available for parties or events. Guests are asked to keep noise levels low between 11:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Self-check-in is organized at any time. A rental agreement is signed in advance, after which detailed instructions with photographs are sent on how to check-in independently. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed and paid separately. It is not allowed to transfer keys and use the apartment by third parties.
