Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartments have an independent 24-hour check-in using an electronic lock. Guaranteed early check-in and late check-out are charged at the price of one night in the apartment, or a free option is available if the room is not booked before the guests, it will be announced on the day of arrival. The guests sign an online contract. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and noisy events are prohibited. From the Pyatigorsk railway station the apartments can be reached by shuttle taxi № 24, from the bus station – by shuttle taxi № 21 and № 17. It is recommended to take a taxi to get from Mineralnye Vody Airport to the property. The nearest public transport stop Rassvet is within walking distance.
