You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection is from 15:00 until 20:00. A EUR 30 surcharge will apply if you arrive between 20:00 and 23:00. A EUR 50 surcharge will apply if you arrive between 23:00 and 02:00. Please note that check-out is until 11:00 and late check-out is available on request. A EUR 50 surcharge will apply if you leave after 11:00h. Special holidays December 25 and 26 / January 1, have an additional cost of €30. We do not make entries after 6:00 p.m.
