Guests have to take a boat transfer from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island, where Flora Bay 1 is located. Most of the boat operators are not licensed and they will wait for a minimum of 12 passengers to fill one boat before ferrying them to the island There are no specific timings from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island. Ferry starts operating from 08:00 - 16:00. Ferry timings from Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty are at 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00.
