Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartments do not have a permanent reception desk. After making a reservation, guests must contact the property via WhatsApp to confirm the reservation and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Requests via WhatsApp messenger are accepted from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. When checking in at night, full payment is made during the manager's working hours: from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Payment for the booking is made to the company's bank account using qr/payment link. The prepayment is 100%. Payment term: 1 day. In the absence of timely payment for non-refundable bookings, the rate will be changed to standard, without a discount. Guests are required to pay a deposit. In case of loss of the key, damage to property, overspending of linen, the amount of damage is withheld from the deposit. From July, 1 2022, parking lots in the center of Saint Petersburg became paid.
