There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact this cruise ship 1 day in advance to arrange transportation from Hanoi- Old Quarter or Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, which is 4 hours away by car. A roundtrip daily transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long departs between 7:45 AM and 8:30 AM, at USD 25 per passenger. Following the cruise, a van will transport guests back to Hanoi. Please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
