Reservations must be cancelled prior to 4:00 PM CST on day of arrival, unless otherwise specified when booking. An amount equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged to guests who do not cancel their reservation within the hotel’s cancellation policy. Certain peak periods may have additional cancellation restrictions, which will be stated during the booking process. There is no deposit necessary to make a reservation. However, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. A valid card is considered to have an expiration date of at least 3 months past the last stay date of the reservation. A maximum of 3 reservations can be held under a single credit card number. Additional room reservations require a credit card authorization form, which can be obtained by calling the hotel directly. If the departure date changes from the original reservation, the hotel must be notified by 12:00 PM 24 hours prior to the new departure date, otherwise an early departure fee applies. Children 12 Years old and under stay free with an adult with existing bedding. Free Breakfast for Corporate and VIP guests. Nominal charge for all other guests. The hotel is a fully non-smoking property. A USD 250.00 fee is assessed for guests who smoke in hotel rooms. Connecting rooms can be requested.
