Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. If the booking period does not exceed 4 days, an additional cleaning fee of RUB 4000.00 is charged. If guests stay for 5 days or more, they will not be charged extra for cleaning. If the booking period does not exceed 4 days, an additional cleaning fee of 4000.00 RUB is paid. If guests stay for 5 or more days, they do not pay additional cleaning fees. Check-in is subject to the provision of passports of all those registered for the reservation. It is prohibited to bring electrical appliances other than a phone, tablet, laptop, or styler. Hookah is prohibited for use throughout the territory. Smoking is allowed outdoors; smoking is prohibited indoors, including electronic cigarettes. Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited. It is prohibited to remove furniture, bedding, and towels from the apartments. Only registered guests can stay. For violation of the rules of residence, the lease agreement may be terminated. No refunds will be given for remaining days. Rooms with a double bed include a double blanket.
