Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From January 10, 2022, renovation works will be carried out on the 7,8 floors (non-residential). And also the renovation of the facade of the main building continues. The work will take place on weekdays from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM, noise is possible at the specified time.
