Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Room prices are for single and double occupancy only. Extra guests will be charged separately. In Deluxe rooms, the room size can vary from 18 sq.m to 22 sq.m. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them). When staying with animals, the guest will be charged a deposit of RUB 15000.00. Upon departure, RUB 10000.00 are returned to guests, but RUB 5000.00 are not returned — they are kept for cleaning the room. Breakfast Buffet in the restaurant is available at a cost of RUB 3100.00.
