After check-in, it is necessary to pay for the accommodation and a security deposit for the safety of the property in the amount of 6.000 RUB (the deposit is collected by blocking the funds on the bank card and returned at the end of the apartment rental period within 1-2 days, after they have been verified). Having received the keys, guests can proceed to the neighboring house 37 (to the right along the embankment, about 30 meters). The following additional fees are payable at the guesthouse: Registration fee for foreign citizens: RUB 1000.00 per person, per stay. The budget room has a 140 cm wide bed. The hotel does not have its own parking. There is paid private parking nearby the hotel. Only cats or dogs are allowed. There is an additional fee for staying with animals, the weight of the pet must be up to 7 kg.
