The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels and bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 25 and EUR 10 for children. Alternatively, guests can bring their own. Bathrobes and slippers are available for a supplement of EUR 10. Electricity is not included and the costs will be deducted from the deposit at check-out.
