Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Pets are only allowed in rooms and not in apartments. In the building with rooms, prepayment is RUB 500.00 per day. as well as animals only up to 7 kg. Late check-in is possible by a prior agreement and for an additional fee, RUB 500.00. In case of late check-in, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The operation of the pool depends on the weather: the pool works only at a stable temperature of 12 degrees Celsius and above. The security deposit for the «Room» category is RUB 2000.00.
