Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of RUB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment (50% of the total cost of stay) via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The prepayment must be transferred within 3 days upon receiving bank transfer instructions from the property.
