Foreign visitors please note: Avoid coming through Horton Plains to Hill Safari unless you intend doing the walk inside the park at Horton Plains. Even if you just use the road you will have to pay the fees applicable for foreigners. Those coming from Nuwara Eliya direction are advised to come to Welimada/Boralanda and Ohiya. Please advise driver appropriately.
