For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest. The Hotel does not have hot water. Please note that guests can find drinks at the reception when the bar is closed. The hotel will contact guests prior to their arrival to organise payment arrangements. Breakfast is served from 7.00 to 9.00 h. Lunch service is served from 12.00 to 14.00 h and dinner is served from 19.00 to 21.00 h.
