Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is not open around the clock. In case of arrival after 12:00 AM, it is necessary to notify the hotel in advance and receive instructions for check-in. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. In the Classic Standard Twin room, if necessary, the beds can be moved into one. How to get to the hotel: From the Moscow railway station metro station Ploshchad Vosstaniya along Ligovsky prospect to Nekrasova street, turn right to house 58. If you stand facing the house, on the right side, just around the corner is the entrance to the front door. There is a “Democrat” sign on the front door, and a separate bell to the left of the door at eye level. The hotel is on the 7th floor with an elevator. It is possible to accommodate a child from three years old. Guests must notify the hotel in advance if checking in after midnight.
