Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guest need to make an advance payment in the amount of 1 night stay. Prepayment is not refundable when canceling a reservation less than 2 weeks before the date of arrival. Guests are charged a resort fee in the absence of a residence permit in the Krasnodar Territory. Guests are charged resort tax if they do not have a residence permit of the Krasnodar region. The tax is payable at the hotel on arrival from the 2nd night of stay. An extra bed is paid separately and amounts to: RUB 1000.00 without breakfast and RUB 1400.00 with breakfast. The swimming pool in the hotel is open year round. Water temperature in the pool from +25 to +30 С. The temperature of the recreation area near the pool is from +20 to +25 С.
