For arrivals after 12:00 AM, midnight, guests must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Fee for buffet breakfast: EUR 10.00 per person (approximately). Parking in front of the hotel is only allowed for 30 minutes for check-in and check-out. The Ungargasse multi-storey car park is 250 meters away. There is also a public car park at the Grazer Straße behind the hotel. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays, as well as from 12:00 PM, midday, Saturday to 8:00 AM Monday, public and multi-storey car parks are free of charge. During weekdays, parking is subject to a surcharge. On prior request, before arrival, guests can receive discount tickets for Ungargasse parking (subject to availability). Portable air conditioning is only available upon request and at an additional cost.
