Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Electricity use will be charged THB 7 per unit.
The accommodation is the service apartment, and not the hotel.
The rates which paid is available for the number of the persons booked.
The extra linen charge per person is 500 Baht.
Please be informed that the extra bed will come in the form of a futon mattress.

Deposit is required 1000 Baht per night and can be reduced for long term stay.
The deposit is required before arrival and will be refunded within 24 hours after calculation the actual usage. Guests can take photos of usage upon Check-In and Check-Out

A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. That's about 640.76MYR. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
