Guest are required to adhere Imperio Residence Seafront house rule below.
1. Perfect Host will conduct a temperature check upon guest arrival.
2. Perfect Host reserve the right to refuse service or check in for any guest that has a temperature of 37.5c and above or with any symptoms related to Covid-19 such as cough, flu, and breathing problems.
3. Face masks are required when meeting with people and when walking around common areas of the property.
4. Please dispose of your disposable mask properly in the refuse chamber (garbage room) or put it in plastic bag and tie it properly before throwing it away.
5. Do not place or throw your used disposable masks in any area inside the unit (e.g on the bed, table, tv console, etc), used masks are to be thrown away immediately after use.
6. Wash your hands frequently and use sanitizer.
7. Some facilities may be closed for security purposes, Perfect host is not responsible for any facility closed by building management.
The swimming pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance on Tuesday and Thursday from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The maximum of 30 persons at once in the swimming pool.
