Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. After making a reservation, you must contact the representative of the hotel to clarify the time of arrival, as the guest house does not have a 24-hour reception. Check-in is carried out till 17:00 only. A prepayment of the cost of 1 night staying is required. The prepayment is non-refundable in case when guest cancels the reservation less than 7 days before arrival date. Upon arrival a one-time fee for bed linen in the amount of 100 RUB per person. Visa support for foreign guests is not available. Guests are required to show their passport upon check-in. For children ages 13 and under, a birth certificate is required.
