Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hotel does not have air conditioning, instead, a fan coil cooling system is used. All rooms except the Standard category have a capsule coffee machine. The bed type is not guaranteed at the hotel. When booking accommodation with children, only one child from 0 to 4 years old can stay in a room without extra bed free of charge. During the period from 01/14/2025 to 03/30/2025, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the Krasnaya Polyana ski lifts. The hotel also has an electric car charging station.
