Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Travel by car to the hotel is possible only from Borodinskaya Street. On foot you can enter the arch from Gorokhovaya Street, the Fontanka embankment and Borodinskaya Street. The cost of registration of foreign citizens is RUB 150.00.
