Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Remote check-in. At the accommodation facility, check-in is carried out independently; in order to draw up an agreement, guests must send a passport photo, a spreadsheet with a photo and registration, to any messenger at the phone number specified in the booking confirmation before check-in. Payment for accommodation and a deposit are made upon check-in by transfer to a card. If check-in is after 9:00 РМ, payment must be transferred before 9:00 РМ. Events and parties are prohibited.
