Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Guests will receive a direct email from the property with further instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within the deadline stated in the email. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5 per unit. Please be informed that check-in and check-out times may be flexible, subject to room availability. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
