In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please note that the check-in hours is only from 12:00 - 15:00 hrs. Guests arriving after 15:00 hrs must inform the property in advanced of their expected arrival time. Otherwise, the guest will not be able to check-in.
