Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartments have contactless check-in from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Housing rules: - Smoking is prohibited in the studio (including on the balcony). Failure to comply with the ban will result in a fine of RUB 1500.00. - Noisy events, parties, loud music and other noise are prohibited. In case of violation of this rule, the apartment owners reserve the right to evict guests without refund. - Accommodation with animals is prohibited. Payment on the website or upon arrival.
