Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests must observe fire safety in the cottage and on its territory. It is prohibited to light fires in places not equipped for this purpose. It is prohibited to use pyrotechnic products and smoke in the cottage. While staying at the cottage, guests are asked to refrain from excessive consumption of alcohol and obscene language, and to respect the right of neighbors to relax. Loud music on the site is prohibited at any time of the day, and from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM the site must be kept quiet. Guests must order a sauna and font one day before the desired date. Guests are asked to maintain cleanliness and wear only a change of clean shoes in the cottage. It is prohibited to take cottage property outside. It is necessary to preserve the property of the cottage, and in case of damage or loss, compensate the cost of the damage caused. In case of partial damage or severe contamination of the cottage, the owner of the cottage has the right to demand payment for additional cleaning of the cottage or loss of property. Cottage pollution means dirty floors, unwashed dishes, garbage not put in garbage bags. At the end of their stay, guests must vacate the house and present it to the owner for rent.
