Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Sofa bed is available in Junior Suite only. The hotel would like to inform guests that they are currently in the soft opening phase of the hotel. There are ongoing construction works adjacent to the hotel and some minor works in the surrounding area. As part of the hotel's commitment to minimise inconvenience to guests, the construction zones will be carefully segregated. However, it is important to note that there may be some noise. During this time, the hotel will offer guests access to selected facilities including the swimming pool, restaurant, fitness centre and temporary spa facilities. Breakfast will be served on a set menu. In addition, the hotel will provide flexibility for cancellations should the need arise. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
