Please note that keys are collected at Kerteminde Tourist Office, Hans Schacksvej 5, 5300 Kerteminde Guests arriving later than 16:00 are kindly requested to contact the Kerteminde Tourist Office prior to arrival. Contact details are included in the booking confirmation. After booking, guests will receive an email from the property with payment instructions. Please note that electricity and heating are not included in the room rates. Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own bed linen and towels. A security deposit of DKK 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
