Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Round-the-clock check-in is provided. In case of check-in on the same day, it is necessary to inform the administrator in advance from 08:00 to 22:00 to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Same day bookings are possible until 09:00 PM. Check-in is carried out remotely: after concluding an electronic contract (renting accommodation) and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on check-in. Contactless check-in has a number of facilities and features. Guests are requested to contact the accommodation facility at least 2 days prior to check-in.
