Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Please note that according to paragraph 18 of the "Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation", approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020, No. 1853, check-in is carried out on the basis of: — passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or birth certificates (for persons under the age of 14) for citizens of the Russian Federation; — passport of a foreign citizen and a valid migration card for citizens of foreign countries. Additionally, for minor citizens of the Russian Federation, who move in without parents, the following is required: — for persons over 14 years of age: a power of attorney from parents; — for persons under the age of 14: a power of attorney from parents for the accompanying person, as well as the presence and settlement of the accompanying person. In case of failure to provide these documents, settlement is impossible. Cancellations are the responsibility of the guest. The hostel does not provide extra beds. In a family capsule, 1 child from 3–8 years old can be accommodated free of charge on the same bed with two adults. Check-in after 10:00 РМ is possible only by agreement with the hostel.
