Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartment provides 24-hour check-in. Accounting documents are provided. Guests must correctly specify the number of guests, including children from 2 years old, in order to correctly calculate the cost of accommodation; otherwise, additional payments may be made upon arrival. The price depends on the length of stay, holidays, season and day of the week. The minimum stay is 1 day. Guests are required to make a deposit. The deposit is refunded within 12 hours after check-out if there are no claims. The conditions for early check-in and late check-out are negotiated individually.
