Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is possible until 08:00 PM, after 08:00 PM the check-in fee is RUB 500.00. Check-in time must be agreed with the accommodation in advance. Guests are required to contact the check-in manager in advance using the contact phone number provided in the voucher to arrange check-in time and key collection. The deposit is an integral part of the booking. After checking the condition of the apartment for compliance with the rules of the house and the safety of the property, the deposit will be fully returned to the guest on a bank card. Parties are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited throughout. For non-compliance, a fine of RUB 3000.00 will be charged. Guests under 18 can only stay with their parents. Conditions for early check-in and late check-out are negotiated individually. Travel documents are available upon request.
