Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Reporting documents for business travelers are provided, payment by bank transfer is possible. Before each check-in, a two-hour cleaning is carried out using disinfectants. Early and late check-in is considered individually. The approximate cost for each hour is from RUB 300.00 to 4 hours, from 4 hours payment per day is required. Smoking and the use of any other smoking products and liquids, including on the balcony, is prohibited. It is not allowed to hold holidays and accommodate unaccompanied minors, as well as persons without documents confirming their legal stay in the territory of the Russian Federation and being intoxicated. When booking for 1 day, in addition to the cost of the reservation, cleaning costs of RUB 500.00 are paid. After payment, on the eve of arrival, you need to read the contract and upload 3 photos: 2-3 pages of passport, a page with a registration, and a selfie with a passport. Passport data is used with the help of 1C-Bitrix.
