Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Accounting documents for business trips are available on request; payment by bank transfer is possible. Cleaning with disinfectants is carried out before each check-in and lasts at least 2 hours. A hygiene check is also carried out after each cleaning. Early and late check-ins are handled on an individual basis. The approximate cost per hour is RUB 300.00 up to 4 hours. From 4 hours, payment per day is required. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, as well as the use of any other smoking products and liquids, including on the balcony. The deposit will be refunded immediately after checking the availability of the keys and the condition of the apartment. It is forbidden to have holidays, to check in unaccompanied minors, to check in persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. In case of booking for one day, in addition to the booking price, RUB 500.00 is paid for cleaning. After payment, on the eve of arrival, the guest will receive a registration form to fill in and read the contract.
