Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Deposit upon arrival RUB 150000.00-200000.00 depending on the selected category, paid in cash and returned to the guest upon departure. For accommodation with pets: plus RUB 50000.00 to the established deposit, plus RUB 30000.00 per month to the established fee for using the cottage. This amount includes 4 additional cleanings per month and scratching mats, sun loungers, etc. are provided upon request.
