As there is no reception, guests will receive their keys at the apartment. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival (at least 30 minutes before arrival). This can be noted in the Comments Box or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 100 per apartment will be charged on arrival and refunded in cash on departure. At the discretion of the owner, the deposit may be raised to EUR 300 per apartment.
