Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. By agreement with the administration, check-out at 11:00 AM is possible. Late check-in is subject to a surcharge. Silence is required from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM. The studio is not intended for parties or other events. It is prohibited to smoke cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and electronic cigarettes in all rooms, including the front door and courtyard. It is prohibited to bring third parties into the apartment without the consent of the owner. It is prohibited to make noise in the front door and in the yard. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry. Check-in of persons under 18 years of age is possible only in the presence of parents or guardians. It is forbidden to enter into conflict with neighbors and open the door to unknown persons. When leaving the studio, guests must close the taps, turn off the lights and electrical appliances, and unplug chargers from the outlet. When leaving, guests must leave clean dishes, household appliances and leave garbage only in a trash can or bag. It is required to treat the premises, furniture, and household appliances with care.
