Please select a date and click on the apartments to see the pictures of the individual apartments Please let MadridCityRents Apartments know your expected arrival time at least 3 days in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. All guests must contact the property directly 1 hour before arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. This property does not have a reception. A member of staff will be waiting for the guest at the apartment and will provide them with sets of keys, apartment instructions and useful information for your stay. - Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. - Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50. - Check-in after 02.00 is not possible. Please note that a final cleaning fee of EUR 40 is not included in the price. This fee must be paid upon arrival. A damages deposit of EUR 200 is payable on arrival or before arrival via credit card. Guests who have reserved more than 1 apartment may be asked to pay a deposit for each apartment. Please note that the guests must be those confirmed on the reservation. No extra guests are allowed, except children under 3.
