Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is contactless, the deposit is paid before check-in. The contract is signed through a specialized service. To sign, the guests will need an email address and a passport. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. A contract is signed with the guest via a specialised SRM service, guest data is protected. An e-mail address and passport will be required for signing. Reporting documents are available on request: — electronically free of charge; — self-delivery 500.00 RUB; — delivery 1000.00 RUB. Early check-in and late check-out is possible only if possible or with full payment for the previous or next day. The price is given for double occupancy if 1 set of bed linen is used. If there are two guests but an extra set of bed linen is required, it will be charged separately for 500.00 RUB. The price depending on the length of stay and the number of guests may vary. All payments are non-cash. On weekends and public holidays there is a special rate. Cleaning is carried out after each guest. For longer stays, cleaning and bed linen change is carried out once every 7 days. For stays of less than 7 days, cleaning is possible for an additional fee. The deposit is refundable on the day of departure after cleaning until 05:00 PM. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Noisy parties are prohibited. Staying with pets is possible only upon agreement, affecting the amount of the deposit. This accommodation does not provide hotel services, but provides short-term accommodation.
